Losing weight post binge 9 Months, 1 Week ago
We've got a pizza joint around my neighborhood, they make this pizza that's 3 feet in diameter. Needless to say, I just ordered one, and I've finished about half of it. After a week of intense training for the army, I figured, why not, let's binge on pizza. Now, slumped over on my couch, about to yak it all up, I want to know how the heck to dump it all without turning to bulimia. Any tips will help!

Haha, for most people the answer is really just not to binge like that ever if they're trying to lose weight, since there's really no easy way of recovering it without pure time and not making the same mistake again.

For you personally, I think combined with the fact that you probably usually eat pretty well, you're doing a lot of intense exercise, and that you're a big guy it's not a big deal for you to binge every once in awhile.

IMO it's not the worst thing to have a couple of pounds on you when you start the army as long as everything under is muscle and you're in good shape otherwise.

Once other people are in control of your meal plans 24/7 they'll make sure you slim down a bit if that's what they want.

If you are trying to trim down a bit though, just don't binge like that again and keep working out hard!

Did you know...You can contract two or more muscles at the same time harder than just one muscle at a time. Pretty crazy, huh?
