I will list my daily excercise here since I feel I have been going of track. I don't expect any comments (although any are welcome) this is just a way of making sure I exercise.
sunday-done 40 minutes on bike,will do 100 pressups,standard crunches and reverse crunches.
monday-will wake at 5am, 30 minutes on bike,50 pressup,crunches reverse and standard. Get to school early do 10 minutes on treadmill, 30 pullups, 3 sets of crunches and as many chinups as possible(not many) after the pullups.

Leon are you doing 100 pushups in one set or a few different sets? I didn't quite understand that part.

Rafi I do pushups in sets of 20. routine for monday + furture days. home(after school)-10 minutes running,30 hour cycling,100 fist pushups(work the chest better than standard)100 crunches + reverse crunches. Before School-45 minutes doing pullups,chinups and pec deck.
