Hey, Aaron.

In the "Tabata Something Else" workout you do all 8 rounds of a single exercise before moving on to the next one, for example...

pullups : 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off X 8... then move on to the next exercise.

We've done tabatas in bootcamp on a bunch of different exercises, so feel free to deviate from what's listed in the Tabata Something Else workout.

I like to do pushups, situps, squats, and then running. Talk about a quad burner!

Neat! CrossFit Breakaway (breakawaysportcf.com/blog/) has a pretty kickass tabata workout today:

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where:

* the first 8 intervals are Burpees
* the second 8 are Push-Press, 95#/65#
* the third 8 intervals are Situps
* the last 8 intervals are Lunges.

My only problem U have is with the grading system for Tabata. If you only grade your last set, doesn't that just encourage you to hold back until your last set?
