I do not have loads of cash..
I want to try some kettlebell workouts. Can most of them be done with dumbells?

Yes they can...i say that loosely tho. You will not get the same movement and effect, but you can still perform many of the swings. I do suggest finding some KB as soon as you can afford it.

They take a while to learn, but whoa...way worth it.

I know what you mean regarding kettlebells and cash Dan.

My gym doesn't even have them so my only experience with them have been with impromptu outdoor workout sessions with friends of a friend who brought some along.

I'm not ready to buy them for home use since availability is scarce and cost is fairly high in my area.

If there is a boot camp in your area, try a 1 time session as they have been famous for hauling around some bells.

This adjustable kettlebell[/url] may be a cost-effective solution for you.

Did you know...You can contract two or more muscles at the same time harder than just one muscle at a time. Pretty crazy, huh?
