Introduce Yourself! 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago  
Here's a place to introduce yourself to the community. I'll start.

My name is Rafi Bar-Lev and I'm the founder and creator of this site. I used to run a little blog called The Fitness Adviser where I realized how much the fitness community could really use a totally community based site.

My main activities are fitness, recovering from an army training injury, and reading. And of course working on this site.

Here's to a new beginning and I'm looking forward to reading all of your introductions!

My name is Rusty Moore.

I have a site called Fitness Black Book that has become popular beyond my wildest expectations.

I am working hard to help Rafi get this forum up to critical mass.

I will make sure he stays on top of moderating this place. Don't want this to turn into a nasty place like those bodybuilding forums (you know who you are).

My name is Thomas, I'm 18 years old, from Norway.

I'm currently studying electrotechnology, whilst I have a part time job at the gym.

Rusty with his FitnessBlackBook lead me to this website.
I've looked through the articles, and it seems as the kind of fitness site I'm enjoying.

I am james from Singapore.

I came upon the site via Rusty's website and I love travelling a lot and training.

My current problem is the ability to motivate myself to train in evening or morning as I have previously been a lunch time only type of guys.

My name is Doug, but my online "handle" is Health Habits.

I am a true fitness geek who loves to devour any and all info on health, fitness, body composition, strength, speed, power, etc.....

I also have a little fitness blog - HealthHabits - that I am pretty proud of.

Hey there.

My name's Aaron. I'm 15 and an avid reader of Rusty's fitnessblackbook. I tend to focus only on bodyweight exercises and HIIT mainly due to lack of equipment and the fact I'm not old enough to join any gyms.

I find it works well for me. I only work out to improve my performance in other sports - cricket, football, hockey - and to improve my general fitness and health.

I hope this site works out well and I'm glad that I've been able to join the userbase.
