Hi everyone,

I am Rambo. I am 25 years old and have been an avid follower of fitness black book for the past year or so.

I read a lot of articles on fitness that I find very useful and hopefully I will get a lot of advice and tips from other members on this site.

My name is Dan.

I am a big guy (6'2" 230lbs). Not always the most motivated (I love to sleep and eat.) I am a recovering couch potato (I was 255lbs about 9 months ago) I am not a gym member. I love the idea of bodyweight/HIIT just have not done much of it yet..

Hi, I'm Max, 48 yr. old. recently lost 15 lbs. by modifying my diet, walking 3 miles 5X per week, general weight lifting once a week and mixing in body weight, sledge hammer, sand bag and other fun stuff during the week.

My goal now is further definition (get rid of muffins on my oblique's)with improved strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Hey there

My name is Gareth, I'm 23 and I've been training for a solid 9 years, seriously for 6.

I was pointed to this site by fitnessblackbook.com.

I've been through the whole serious bodybuilding, strict dieting vibe but have shifted towards a more balanced appraoch which involves less obsessing and more relaxing. Seems to be working as well...

Anyway, site looks cool so far.

Hi Everyone,

I'm Venee and I also found this through Rustys site. I'm a stay at home mom and I began my fitness journey 6 months ago. I've had fantastic results thanks to Rusty's site with Warrior diet and all the fitness advice that cuts through the bull. Looking forward to learning even more!
