To get the most out of Passionate Fitness, it's crucial that you know how to edit your profile. First, You can decide who can see your uploaded pictures, how you want your pictures to be shown, whether you want to allow or disallow the use of your profile book or whether you want to moderate comments on your profile book. Here's how: 1) Access your profile through the User Menu. Once there, on top of your profile you'll see two grey Click on "Update Your Profile."
2) At this point, you should be brought to an "Edit Your Details" menu with buttons like "Contact Info, Profile Gallery, Forums" etc. On each of the buttons, you'll see the corresponding information that you can change. For instance, Contact Info would be your name and email, Profile Gallery would be your uploaded pictures, how you want them to be shown and who you want to be able to access them, and Forums would be how you want to see the forums and your forum signature.
3) At this point it's pretty straightforward, but I want to put an emphasis on the privacy settings. Under "Profile Book", you will see the options for "Enable Profile Entries", "Auto Publish", and "Notify Me". If you don't enable profile entries, no one can sign your profile book. If you disable auto publish, you'll be able to moderate the signed posts in your profile book directly in your profile book on your original profile page. Notify me sends an email when someone signs your profile book. This is an example of what your settings might look like:
4) Under "Profile Gallery", you'll see a privacy option to decide who can access it called "Access Mode". Here's what all the different options mean. Allow Public Access: This is the same as Allow Registered Access. See below.
Now you know how to make use of your profile. We suggest you play around with it for a little while. It's a small learning curve and once you get the hang of it, it's extremely easy to use. Enjoy! See also:
