We've recently added the ability to submit workout plans to the site. It's a pretty amazing feature, and you can feel confident when submitting an article that you're really helping a lot of people around the globe get strong and fit with your plan. Here's how to do it: As if you were going to submit a normal article, go to "submit an article" in the user menu.
Click on submit an article, this will bring you to the article writing stage. You're going to do everything just like you would do while normally submitting an article, except for one key difference. Instead of using general as the section, you're going to select "workout plans". From there, you'll have a list of categories to choose from. If the category you want isn't there, select "Genearl Workout Plans". More category options are going to be added with time as well.
